Shipping & Returns

Creating an Account / Registering

You must create an account to place any order.  This is to make your shopping experience more convenient because it allows your account to save your selections to your cart in case you do not wish to finalise your order right away.  This will also allow us to save your wish-list and learn your personal shopping preferences.

When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number along with other information necessary for us to serve you better. You may, however, visit our site anonymously but cannot place an order anonymously.

You may reset your password by clicking on the forgot password link; this will prompt the system to automatically generate a unique url and email it to you which when clicked will allow you to reset your password.



Our prices are set in Great British Pounds (GBP).

Both the online credit card payment method and Paypal method are available for your convenience.

Paying online via credit card: online payments are done via STRIPE Payment Gateway; It is safe and fast. There is an additional 3.25% charge on the value of your purchase applied when using a credit card to expedite your payment.

Your card information will be processed securely and confidentially. An email will be dispatched upon processing your order by our customer care team.


Delivery and Shipping

Our Shipping Method delivers your items in partnership with "DHL" express shipping company, to ensure the delivery of your orders as quickly as possible at competitive charges. We ship to all destinations covered by DHL shipping services. 

Before we ship your order, we must receive a credit card confirmation / approval from your bank. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information only when necessary. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.



Charges vary depending on destination. We offer a fixed rate for items shipped within the UK. You may calculate your shipping costs and additional customs costs per country on the DHL website Additional charges will apply as per each destination country’s customs tax regulations. For example, an additional tax charge of 11% will be added to the total order and should be paid upon delivery within all Lebanese territories.  Upon the completion of your order, you will receive an email from our customer care team with the exact shipping costs based on your destination country and the size of your parcel.


Tracking your Order

Order shipments may be tracked on through a specific tracking number assigned to each parcel and emailed directly to the client upon dispatch.


Returns and Exchanges 

We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 7 days after the date of receipt. Please note that sale items cannot be returned. We kindly ask that you communicate directly with our client services department to facilitate the exchange with another product.
