We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.
The refunds are issued to the same payment method used on the original order. Please notice the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Sample sale items can not be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
