We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.
For returns from the UK (£5) and USA (£10) a fee will be deducted from your refund to partial cover return shipping costs. Customers in all other regions are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of their return.
Please ensure that all returns are initiated within the specified return period and adhere to our return policy guidelines.
The refunds are issued to the same payment method used on the original order. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.
Sale items can not be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
