Our Shipping Method
Lalingi.com delivers your items in partnership with DHL Express (for UK orders) and FedEx (for international orders), to ensure the delivery of your orders as quickly as possible at competitive charges. We ship to all destinations covered by DHL and FedEx shipping services.
Before we ship your order, we must receive a credit card confirmation / approval from your bank. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information only when necessary. You will receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.
For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address. In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

Duties and Taxes
For EU, Ireland, UAE, Singapore, KSA, Qatar, Hong Kong and USA the duties and taxes are included in the final price.
For all other countries, duties & taxes will be automatically calculated at checkout. Depending on the country, you will have the option to choose DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) or DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid).
L'alingi is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.If you refuse to pay taxes/duties, your order may be returned to us. In this situation, the return shipping cost, as well as any duties and fees, will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
Order shipments may be tracked on www.dhl.co.uk or www.fedex.com, through a specific tracking number assigned to each parcel and emailed directly to the client upon dispatch.
Returns and Exchanges
We work to keep our clients satisfied, which means that you may exchange or return items if you are not satisfied with the purchase. We are able to issue an exchange or refund up to 14 days after the date of receipt. After you receive the return instructions, the goods must be sent back within 14 days.
The refunds are issued to the same payment method used on the original order. Please note the shipping fee is non-refundable.
As an alternative to a refund, we are pleased to offer store credit. Clients who choose this option will receive a credit note for the full value of the returned item(s), along with a 30% discount to be applied to their next order. Store credit is valid for a limited period and can be used exclusively on lalingi.com. Please note that store credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
Sale items can not be returned or refunded. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
